Loose, Long & Strong

Three deep dives to experience the benefit and develop the skill to loosen tight joints and fascia; strengthen less than optimal core power; and create a healthy long spine. Private access to YouTube video will gently remind, guide and support you as you follow through and become expert on your own home floor.

Enroll in anyone of these sessions and learn a ton. Attend all three to land in the driver’s seat of effective “own best body worker” self-care.

1) Loosen Oct 15: expert instruction in rollers & balls for exploration and release

2) Strengthen Oct 29: applied subtle core power with investigation of asymmetry

3) Lengthen Nov 12: intuitive stretching, postural stability & alignment

You could be heading toward injury if you think modification is necessary ONLY when you have physical challenges. Your body has unique places of ease and discomfort, and, just in case you never considered this, we are all asymmetrical. This is movement medicine. Rewards will continue on your mat and in your life: an awakened sense of your unique physicality and commitment to self-care based on what best serves you. Come make it happen.
