Learn the elements of 5Rhythms practice as facilitation guides you through embodied exploration of presence – sometimes gently, sometimes directly. Experience the movement of body parts, walking meditation, and coaching of the physical practice of the rhythms, while exploring your relationship to self, each other and the group. Our receptivity (as well as our resistance) to coaching expands us into a broader movement vocabulary. A wide variety of music starts slowly, picks up to peak, then glides down to stillness.
