Experience Your
ANATOMY
Practice at your own pace, in your own space.
Experiential Anatomy features dozens of on-demand video classes that pair guided movement instruction with fascinating anatomy teaching. Tune in and learn to inhabit your body from inside out.
All lessons are free, with donations gratefully accepted.
The Experiential Anatomy Course
Recordings of every class from the Experiential Anatomy web series are available on-demand below. The course - which ran live in 2022 - is comprised of eight body-area-based chapters, each with a series of guided movement courses. All lessons are free, with donations gratefully accepted.
While you move, you’ll heal your body, learn at home self-care techniques, and discover the incredible ways your anatomy works for you. Choose a body part to focus on or work through them all as you loosen, lengthen and strengthen into wellness.
Please note: every body and every injury are incredibly unique. Though each video might be a doorway into healing a particular source of pain, the videos are not a substitute for the specificity and expertise of a 1:1 physical therapy session.
